CareSign started with a pattern every home health administrator recognizes: the care was delivered, the nurse was there, the patient was happy. And the paperwork still couldn't prove it.
Home health agencies live and die by documentation. A visit without a defensible record is, as far as Medicare and the courts are concerned, a visit that never happened. Yet the industry still runs on clipboard paper, web portals squeezed onto phones, and signature tools built for real-estate closings. None of it was designed for a nurse standing in a doorway, or for the surveyor who shows up two years later.
CareSign is built for exactly that gap: a native iPhone app that makes the nurse's job faster instead of slower, and a portal that turns what happened in the home into tamper-evident, survey-ready records. Signatures with certificates, visits with GPS proof, credentials that warn before they lapse.

Nurses first
Field adoption is where agency software lives or dies. If charting is slower than paper, nurses will use paper. That's why CareSign's field app is native, fast, and designed to finish at the door.
Work with what you have
Agencies already have an EHR and a billing stack they can't afford to rip out. CareSign is deliberately a layer, not a platform migration. It feeds your existing systems instead of fighting them.
