What this covers

This policy covers caresignhealth.com, the public website of CareSign Inc, a California corporation ("CareSign", "we"). The CareSign application (the portal at app.caresignhealth.com and the CareSign iPhone and Android apps) is governed by separate agreements with customer agencies, including Business Associate Agreements where protected health information is involved. The CareSign App Privacy Policy describes how the apps and portal handle information. This website is not intended to collect health information, and we ask that you never submit any.

What we collect

Information you send us. If you request a demo or contact us, we collect what you provide: your name, work email, agency name, agency size, phone number, and your message.

Technical information. When you submit a form, our infrastructure records basic technical details (such as IP address and browser user agent) with your request. We use them only to prevent abuse of the form. Like any website, our hosting provider also processes your IP address to deliver pages to you.

What we don't collect. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and no third party collects information about your browsing on this site. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Do Not Track. Because this site does not track visitors across other sites, it does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals; there is nothing to switch off.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct demos, and follow up about CareSign. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for.

Where it lives and who processes it

The website is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. Form submissions are stored on Google Cloud infrastructure in the United States, notification emails are delivered via Amazon Web Services, and they arrive in our Google Workspace mailbox. These providers process data on our behalf under their respective data-processing terms. No other third parties receive your information, except if required by law.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our business relationship. Email admin@caresignhealth.com at any time to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and we will honor the request promptly unless the law requires us to keep it.

Children

This website is intended for professional audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
