These terms govern your use of caresignhealth.com, the public website of CareSign Inc, a California corporation ("CareSign", "we"). By using the site, you accept them. Use of the CareSign application itself (the portal and the iPhone app) is governed by separate written agreements between CareSign and customer agencies; where those agreements conflict with these terms, the agreements control.

Content on this site describes our product and our approach. It is provided for general information and is not legal, medical, billing, or compliance advice. Regulatory requirements vary by state and payer; consult your own advisors for decisions that depend on them. Product capabilities described here may change as the product evolves.
Acceptable use

The CareSign name, mark, and the content of this site belong to CareSign. You may view and share the site's content for evaluating CareSign; any other reproduction requires our written permission.

Governing law and venue
These terms, and any dispute arising from your use of the site, are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Sacramento County, California have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you consent to their venue. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
