Use of the CareSign application itself (the portal and the iPhone app) is governed by separate written agreements between CareSign and customer agencies; where those agreements conflict with these terms, the agreements control.

Content on this site describes our product and our approach. It is provided for general information and is not legal, medical, billing, or compliance advice. The CareSign name, mark, and the content of this site belong to CareSign. You may view and share the site's content for evaluating CareSign; any other reproduction requires our written permission.
