What this covers

This policy covers caresignhealth.com, CareSign's public website. The CareSign application (the portal at app.caresignhealth.com and the CareSign iPhone app) is governed by separate agreements with customer agencies, including Business Associate Agreements where protected health information is involved. This website is not intended to collect health information, and we ask that you never submit any.

What we collect

Information you send us. If you request a demo or contact us, we collect what you provide: your name, work email, agency name, agency size, phone number, and your message.

Technical information. When you submit a form, our infrastructure records basic technical details (such as IP address and browser user agent) used solely to prevent abuse of the form.

What we don't collect. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct demos, and follow up about CareSign. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for.

Where it lives and who processes it

Form submissions are stored on Google Cloud infrastructure in the United States, and notification emails are delivered via Amazon Web Services. These providers process data on our behalf under their respective data-processing terms. No other third parties receive your information, except if required by law.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our business relationship. Email admin@caresignhealth.com at any time to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and we will honor the request promptly unless the law requires us to keep it.

Children

This website is intended for professional audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
